Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) Consultation
Learn how to apply NMT principles in assessment and treatment planning to support neurodevelopmentally respectful, sequential, and individualized care.
NMT Assessment & Intervention Planning
Grounded in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics™ (NMT), these services offer a developmentally-informed, trauma-responsive approach to understanding a child’s current functioning, developmental history, and individualized needs.

Whether you’re a caregiver, clinician, educator, or part of a collaborative care team, NMT assessments can help guide next steps and provide clear, personalized recommendations rooted in brain development and relational health.
NMT Core consultation Package
The NMT Core Consultation Package offers a comprehensive, brain-based assessment to guide treatment planning for children with complex developmental, regulatory, and relational challenges. At the center of this process is the NMT Metric—a structured clinical tool that integrates information about the child’s early experiences, current brain-mediated functioning, and relational health to produce a developmentally sensitive brain map.
This approach helps identify which areas of the brain may need support, in what sequence, and how to match interventions to the child’s readiness. The goal is not just to choose the right tools—but to use them at the right time. Even evidence-based interventions tend to fall short when applied in a way that doesn’t respect a child’s neurodevelopmental stage. The NMT process ensures that therapeutic strategies are well-informed, well-sequenced, and more likely to lead to meaningful progress.

Approximately 3.5 to 4 hours dedicated to assessment and information gathering, along with a thorough review of the child’s developmental and clinical history. A written report is provided that summarizes the findings from the NMT Metric and includes personalized recommendations tailored to either the home, therapy, or school setting—based on your chosen focus. The package concludes with a 60-minute consultation to review the results, discuss next steps, and collaborate on a developmentally informed path forward.
$1500
Please note: A 30-minute screening consultation is required prior to booking this package. The cost of the screening will be applied toward the full package if you choose to move forward.

ADDITIONAL SETTING RECOMMENDATIONS
If you’d like to extend your NMT recommendations beyond your primary focus, you can add a second or third set of recommendations tailored to additional settings—home, school, or therapy. Each add-on includes setting-specific strategies that align with the child’s developmental needs and support consistency across environments.
Includes a written recommendation report for the selected setting, along with a 45-minute consultation to review the recommendations, answer questions, and collaborate on practical next steps.
$250 PER ADDITIONAL SETTING
CAREGIVER CHALLENGE ESTIMATOR (CCE) TOOL
The Caregiver Estimator Tool is used to better understand the emotional and logistical demands placed on a caregiver at a particular point in time. When the responsibilities of caregiving outweigh a person’s available support and internal resources, it can impact their capacity to stay regulated and consistently meet a child’s needs. This tool helps assess that balance and brings awareness to areas where additional support may be beneficial.
Includes the completed caregiver profile, a written summary outlining key insights and suggested strategies to enhance caregiver well-being, and a 45-minute consultation to review the findings.

Includes a re-completion of the NMT Metric, an updated written summary of findings and recommendations, and a 60-minute consultation to review the results and adjust the therapeutic approach accordingly.
